In his interview with the radio presenter, he recalled what he went through in the hands of producers and directors.

INTERVIEWER: Please sir may we know you?

DANIEL EFFIONG JONAH: My name is Daniel Effiong Jonah, I hail from Ikot Oku Akpan, in Ibesikpo Asutan L.G.A in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
Am a graduate of MASS COMMUNICATION from HERITAGE POLYTECHNIC, Ikot Udota, Eket in Akwa Ibom State.
I am teacher and a NOLLYWOOD ACTOR, I run a production house by name DANNY'S MOVIE PRODUCTION & ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY

INTERVIEWER: Please sir, you said you are a NOLLYWOOD ACTOR, Can you tell us, How did you join an entertainment industry?

DANIEL EFFIONG JONAH: I joined an entertainment industry in the year 2013. From then till now, am ever waxing, stronger in daily basis.

INTERVIEWER: But sir, you are not a familiar name in entertainment industry, can you tell us why?

DANIEL EFFIONG JONAH: Yes, you are right.
Why am not familiar or face in entertainment industry is because, most of the movies I've acted are indigenous movies. And we use dialect, but they are very interesting movies to watch.

INTERVIEWER: Please sir, can you list some of these movies you've acted before?

DANIEL EFFIONG JONAH: Of cause.
Why not?
Movies like: AGONY OF CHARITY II, BLOOD OATH II, WHO WILL BE MY WIFE? II, ISO UDUNG II, MAN U & LOCO II, AMI NIE IDUNG (THE KINGDOM IS MINE)II, REJECTED SOUL II, LOVE BROTHERHOOD II, and so on. You can check them out in the market.

INTERVIEWER: Sir how did you make your way to the top?

DANIEL EFFIONG JONAH: I return all Glory to God Almighty, it all started like a joke, i never thought it will come to this.
iI was invited by a friend to an audition which was going on in my community where i was teaching very close to my school, and i was auditioned and casted for a role of a fake pastor in a movie titled:- ISO-UDUNG an indigenous movie, and i passed the audition, and authomatically i was given the role to play which i did very well.
That's
how my journey began.
Although it wasn't easy at the beginning. I still remember how i used to beg producers and directors for a minor role, some producers and directors will tell me to bring money before they will give me an ordinary role like WAKA-PASS, some duped me and collected fabulous amount of money from me, but at the end they will not give me a role like WAKA-PASS, which i dont want to tell you or expose some of these producers and directors.

INTERVIEWER: Sir you said you are running a theater house, please can you tell us more about this theater group?

DANIEL EFFIONG JONAH:
DANNY'S MOVIE PRODUCTION & ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY
is a production house founded by me in the year 2017 .
The name DANNY'S is derive from my name DANIEL and is located at IKOT NDUA IMAN, ONNA L.G.A, AKWA IBOM STATE, NIGERIA.
The aim of this production house is to discover the hidden talents in youth and develop this talents.
We train every Wednesday and Friday in case anybody want to join us.

INTERVIEWER: Sir you said you are a teacher, how do you combine teaching with acting?

DANIEL EFFIONG JONAH:Well, i give God all the Glory, He has been my source of inspiration.
Combining acting with teaching is not easy.
It's some how stressful,. You would have to abandon teaching and go to locations when you have production and you will later come back to teaching. So it's very stressful, it's not easy.

INTERVIEWER:Sir, Akwa Ibom State is not bless with talents when it comes to acting. Can you tell us why?

DANIEL EFFIONG JONAH:Please quote me right, Akwa Ibom State is a bless state and is blessed with lot of talents especially in entertainment.
We have people like EMEM ISONG, EMA ETUK-UDO, MOSES ARMSTRONG, NOSES ESKOR, IME BISHOP UMOH, etc.
These guys has made names in entertainment industry and we also have upcomers too numerous to mention, so tell me where are we lacking behind??

 Although, we Akwa Ibom entertainers, we have set up different organizations (group) to make  sure we abolish (do away) indigenous movies and start producing English movies so that our movies will sell in the markets.

INTERVIEWER: How do you cope with vices in an entertainment industry?

DANIEL EFFIONG JONAH: You must keep your head calm and concentrate, in what ever you are doing.
I must tell you am a guy that always concentrate in his business, whether anybody to support or not support, i concentrate with my business and move on with my life.


INTERVIEWER: Are you hook?


DANIEL EFFIONG JONAH:No, am single, and i want to remain single for now, i don't want anything that will distract my attention.

INTERVIEWER: Sir what advice can you give to the people listening especially upcomers?

DANIEL EFFIONG JONAH: My only advice to you out there is, to depend on God the maker and above all you have to concentrate and focus on what ever you are doing, knowing that there is limit on what you can achieve.
